Textile Machinery Sourcing

Textile Machinery Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. Buyers own specifications and award decisions. Named factories confirm spindle configuration, drawings and trial records for the stated spinning duty. We request comparable wholesale quotes and place those replies side by side. We do not manufacture textile machinery, hold warehouse stock, or act as a brand-appointed reseller. Public ring-spinning pages are used as examples of specification field names such as yarn count, twist and spindle speed; they are not affiliation, inventory or performance promises for this office.

Supplier responsibilities

Independent sourcing partner: we collect the spinning envelope, circulate the same questions, and compare factory replies. We do not certify plants, invent mill climate figures, or accept SAT liability.

Supplier responsibilities: Design input

The quoting factory must receive fiber blend, yarn count (Ne), twist (T/m), requested spindle speed with the yarn those rpm apply to, spindle count, which preparation and winding stages are in the offer, mill utilities, quantity and destination. Optional budget and supplier-tier preference describe how you want bidders screened. They are not ratings this office has verified, and you do not need an existing quote to start.

Supplier answer

The named manufacturer confirms whether the proposed spinning route can run that yarn, returns layout drawings, and states which FAT records apply to the delivered machine. Certificates, CE or other marks belong to that factory and serial number, not to this website. A single certificate on a brochure does not cover an entire mill line.

Open deviation

Missing winding scope, unsigned extraction capacity, or a technical-textile substitution left unlabeled remain buyer-and-supplier deviations. This desk can list the gap after quotes return; it cannot close the gap by filling numbers from a published model sheet.
