This policy describes how Textile Machinery Sourcing handles information submitted through inquiry forms on this independent sourcing website. We collect fields needed to request factory wholesale quotes: name, work email, optional company and phone, and the procurement requirement text. Optional budget notes and supplier preference are merged into the same requirement field at submission when JavaScript is available; they are not stored as separate backend columns.
