Specification Review
textile machinery solutions
Before treating textile machinery solutions as settled, lock the yarn or fabric specification, which preparation and winding stages are in the machine envelope, and the acceptance sample the owner will witness. A spinning-duty solution and a technical-textile forming or finishing solution are not interchangeable until a named manufacturer answers those items. This page is a procurement dossier. It is not an engineering stamp or a compliance certificate for the mill.
Decision dossier
Acceptance basis
- Acceptance basis: Design input
- What decision must be resolved before specifying textile machinery solutions? Write fiber blend, staple length, yarn count (Ne), twist (T/m), requested spindle speed with the yarn those rpm apply to, spindle count, and which preparation and winding stages are supplied with the machine. If the mill needs a technical-textile forming or finishing route, say so instead of stretching a spinning quote. Include three-phase supply, compressed air, extraction, footprint, quantity, destination and requested delivery window.
- Supplier answer
- The manufacturer should restate the construction, trial method, efficiency assumptions and pass criteria for breaks, waste and package quality. Connected load (kW), supply frequency (Hz), footprint (mm) and PLC interface names belong on the same reply. FAT on factory yarn and SAT on buyer yarn are separate steps. Website ISO wording is not a record for that serial number.
- Open deviation
- Unresolved items often include unsigned HVAC assumptions, winding left off the bill, or a technical-textile substitution without a new sample plan. Compare machine price against installed project cost: tooling, shipping, utilities, installation and spare parts. This site does not publish a percentage versus the market.
