Textile Machinery Sourcing terms of service
These terms describe use of this independent industrial machinery sourcing website operated under the Textile Machinery Sourcing name. Submitting a form starts a procurement discussion. It does not create a purchase order, manufacturing contract or stock reservation. Textile Machinery Sourcing coordinates factory quotes for textile machinery; it does not manufacture machines or sell as a brand-appointed reseller.
Sourcing scope
Information on this site helps buyers prepare textile machinery requirements and compare supplier responses. Suitability, documents, timing and commercial terms require confirmation for each inquiry. Public specification examples cited for comparison, including yarn-count, twist and spindle-speed fields on manufacturer pages, are not performance promises for a mill. Yarn specification, included preparation and winding stages and acceptance samples must be restated by the named supplier against the buyer’s fiber and destination.
Buyer responsibilities
Provide accurate process data, quantity and destination details. Do not submit payment card data or unrelated personal files through the inquiry form. Optional budget notes and supplier preference (premium, mid-range, budget-friendly, or not sure) are buyer selections used to prioritize search; they are not verified factory ratings. Engineering acceptance remains between the buyer and the equipment supplier named in any later contract. FAT and SAT language belong on that contract, not on this website.
Limitation
Textile Machinery Sourcing does not warrant that catalog options are interchangeable, in stock or approved for a specific yarn without supplier confirmation. Content prepared from research snapshots may not reflect current factory capacity. No percentage price advantage is published. Inquiry options on the products page are RFQ labels, not a warehouse list. If a quotation omits winding, installation, training, freight or spare parts, those items remain extra until the buyer accepts the split.
Use of the site is limited to lawful procurement inquiries. Automated scraping that overloads the form endpoint is not permitted. Contact Textile Machinery Sourcing if you need to clarify an inquiry already submitted, or return to the equipment options to adjust the brief.
