Which assumptions must suppliers quote for textile machinery suppliers? Repeat fiber type and blend, staple length, yarn-count range, target twist, requested spindle speed with the yarn those rpm apply to, spindle count, three-phase supply, compressed air, extraction, quantity and destination. State whether blowroom, carding, drawing, roving and winding are included or separately sourced. Optional budget (currency and per-unit or whole-order) and premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or undecided preference may be attached; they are buyer screening notes, not verified factory ratings.
Supplier answer
Each manufacturer should restate spindle configuration, drafting system, autodoffing if any, and which trial records apply to the delivered machine. Installation, training, spare travellers and rings, software licences and FAT witness must be marked included or extra. Mixing a ring-spinning frame with a weaving or finishing line in one table without naming the difference is not a comparable answer. Public G 38-style fields (Ne, T/m, rpm) are reference names only until the named factory restates them for this inquiry.
